Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday Afternoon

• Being the lead adult on staff during birthday parties—keeping things organized, fun, and running smoothly.
• Leading and assisting with seriously FUN birthday parties and special events (training provided).
• Bringing energy to every party, making kids feel like the star of the show.
• Creating an unforgettable, high-energy environment that makes every guest feel special.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring families feel welcome and supported.

• You’re comfortable taking the lead and making quick decisions in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• You love to have fun, give high fives, and play like a kid. Background in child development, early education, or gymnastics is a plus but not required.
• You enjoy making others feel good and creating memorable experiences.
• Kids adore you, and parents trust you to keep things running smoothly.
• You know how to have a blast but can also buckle down and get the job done.

• Kids will leave parties excited to return; parents appreciate your leadership.
