- Assist young children with their hygiene, feeding, dressing and educational activities.
- Actively assist with supervision of indoor/outdoor activities.
- Creatively motivate and encourage children to be and do their best.
- Interact with students to address their concerns.
- Assist with preparing learning materials.
- Assist with maintaining a fun, interactives, clean, well-organized, inviting environment.
- Read to and with children daily, assist with teaching songs, nursery rhymes, finger play, drawing, painting, simple crafts and STEM activities.
- Assist with daily cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting, toys, equipment and high touch areas within the environment.
- Assist with serving meals and snacks and housekeeping duties that follow.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CDA Preferred or willing to obtain
- First Aide/CPR Certified
- Negative TB Test Results
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive fingerprint-background check CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT.
