Position Summary

The Concrete Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. This includes managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of concrete construction practices, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for concrete construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and client expectations are met
  • Lead project meetings to establish goals, monitor progress, and resolve any issues
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring consistent forward momentum
  • Perform site visits to assess safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards
  • Ensure all work adheres to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budget summaries and progress reports
  • Support estimating and preconstruction processes when required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience managing concrete construction projects
  • In‑depth knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and industry best practices
  • Strong financial oversight experience with full project budget responsibility
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines across various project sites
