This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Construction Project Manager at Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting in the Kansas City Metro area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee infrastructure projects, especially KDOT projects, from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, supervising construction activities, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Project Management and Construction Project Management
- Experience in Project Coordination and KDOT Construction Management
- Strong skills with KDOT AWP management for construction projects
- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities
- Problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
- KDOT certifications
