Estimator​/Preconstruction Associate

We are looking for a candidate that will work directly with the Preconstruction Manager, Business Development, Project Management, Designers and Owners in pursuit of projects. They need to be comfortable with estimating on their own for both plan and spec estimates and conceptual estimates. A background in working for a Commercial General Contractor is required. The also need to be able to work comfortably with Owners and interview with Ownership Teams in pursuit of projects.

They will be working in a mentor/protégé relationship with the Preconstruction Manager and will hopefully take over that role in the future and begin that Mentor/Protégé process over again. We are looking for candidates that have a long-term mentality and that have modeled that through past employment history.
