Demo Laborer – Graber Outdoors / Kansas City, KS

At Graber Outdoors, we believe every great outdoor space starts with a clean slate—and that means tearing down the old stuff like a pro. We’re on the lookout for a Demo Laborer who knows their way around a job site, a skid steer, and a crew of hardworking teammates.

The Pay & Perks (AKA Why You’ll Love It Here)

• $20/hour, depending on experience, 3 years minimum preferred

What You’ll Do (Besides Feel Like a Job Site Rockstar)

• Demo old decks and outdoor structures across the Kansas City area
• Run power tools and equipment like a pro (skid steers, saws, etc.)
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and ready for the build team to shine
• Solve problems on the fly (because surprises are part of the fun)
• Be the calm, capable point person for project managers and homeowners

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of real-world construction or demolition experience
• Skilled with heavy equipment—you and a skid steer? Best friends.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical stamina and a love of working outside (even when it’s a little muddy)
• A good sense of humor—because even demo days go sideways sometime
