Part-Time Associate Optometrist, affiliated with a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist. Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor; terms, pay, and hours negotiated directly.

As an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica), you will operate your own doctor’s office, providing high‑quality optometric care and service to patients. The optical dispensary is operated by Luxottica, while the Subleasing Doctor manages the office and you deliver optometric services.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated solely on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling available, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
• Some offices may offer use of the Revolution EHR software and provide tech and pre‑testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
