• Lead accounting operations for different entities
• Manage preparation of consolidated financial statements and quarterly/annual reporting for entities, trusts, and family members.
• Oversee tax compliance, reviewing S-Corp, partnership, trust, and high-net-worth individual returns.
• Direct treasury functions across multiple entities and accounts, including reconciliations, cash flow budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor investment accounting and performance; review reconciliations and portfolio reports.
• Supervise and develop accounting/tax team; assess policies and implement process improvements.
• Partner with VP and AVP-Tax on special projects and initiatives.

• CPA with 5+ years of public or equivalent accounting and tax experience.
• Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Quick Books, One Source Express RS, Addepar, and Enfusion preferred.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities for finance and tax issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with family members and external partners.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3 and allocating resources effectively.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
