Senior Director Finance

A leading company in the construction environment is seeking a Senior Director Finance to serve as a trusted advisor to business unit executives and help steer financial strategy across domestic and international operations. What You’ll Be Doing As Senior Director Finance:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long term modeling for key business units
• Deliver insights that inform strategic decisions across capital allocation, expansion planning, and operational execution
• Collaborate with functional leaders (Operations, HR, Project Delivery) to ensure financial accountability and business alignment
• Present complex financial data to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format
• Own variance analysis, performance tracking, and scenario modeling across high visibility initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting infrastructure and bring clarity to key metrics
• Influence system and process improvements as part of a growing FP&A function
• Serve as a financial consultant across the organization, contributing to both tactical decisions and long‑term strategy

What You Bring As Senior Director Finance:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience in construction, architecture, or engineering
• Exceptional business acumen and comfort operating at both the strategic and execution levels
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders and executives
• Experience in capital planning, performance metrics, and cross‑functional business support
• A forward‑thinking mindset and a collaborative leadership style

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 + strong benefits + path to leadership

Schedule: Full‑time | Hybrid with on site visibility
