Responsible for supporting Takeuchi and Industrial Equipment financing, preparing Rental Purchase Option (RPO) conversion summaries, and providing backup support to CE Finance Managers as needed. This position also maintains the Finance Department’s subsidy program information, pricing and analysis tools, and internal reporting

• Communicates and supports the Kirby-Smith vision and core values of One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One Goal
• Works with Sales Teams and customers to assist with equipment pricing and financing
• Presents financing options to customers and assists them in identifying the best solution
• Collects and submits customer information to financial institutions to facilitate financing
• Provides customer financial information to the Credit Department to support decisions regarding unsecured credit exposure
• Builds and maintains customer relationships and, when needed, provides guidance to help customers become more financeable
• Builds and maintains relationships with Sales Managers and Industrial Territory Managers to promote effective communication and use of finance products and expertise
• Maintains knowledge of available financing options and current market conditions, including rates, terms, and structures
• Maintains knowledge of internal financing options, special programs, and promotions, including Takeuchi financial programs, and the filing requirements of each financial institution, such as credit applications and submission portals
• Maintains relationships with financial institutions and attends vendor functions to develop expertise and stay informed about industry trends
• Develops expertise in theRPO Tool and serves as the primary resource for preparing RPO conversion summaries company wide
• Updates the CRM monthly with current manufacturer finance subsidy programs and rates for each product line
• Maintains and distributes the Over Subsidy Calculator to ensure it reflects current programs, rates, and terms
• Maintains and distributes the On Rent 0% and Active 3 Month spreadsheets
• Maintains Finance Team tools, including Rate Buy Down Calculators and theRPO Analysis Tool, and updates information such as the current Prime Rate
• Manages the Unpaid Sales Report
• Assists with quarterly reports used to monitor Finance Team activity and performance
• Conducts periodic financial merchandising training for sales representatives
• Consistent and reliable on-site attendance
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred. Experience may be considered in place of formal education
• Three (3) years of related experience with a demonstrated history of professionalism
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications, advanced Excel skills preferred
• Knowledge of and experience using AI resources preferred
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills

• Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying up to 20 pounds without assistance
• Sitting long periods
• Driving (local/long distance)
• Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy
