Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM availability – hours vary with rotational weekends

Traveling is required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

$21.24+ per hour. Salary offers consider skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market factors.

• Cover assigned territories at patient service centers, doctor’s offices, or other required sites
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing
• Collect specimens including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams
• Enter billing information and collect payment when required
• Coach, mentor, and instruct new employees; serve as resource advisor and on‑site point of contact
• Travel to additional sites as needed

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington

Work Experience

• Five years of phlebotomy experience required (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
• Minimum 3 years in a patient service center environment preferred
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry experience

Ability to communicate effectively in English.
