We are seeking dedicated, energetic RBTs to provide one‑to‑one ABA therapy in clients’ homes under the supervision of a BCBA. The role offers flexible, part‑time hours.

Astro ABA is a growing provider of high‑quality, in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families we serve by delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
