Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Med Tech – Neurovascular division is seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Education to design, execute, and improve educational curricula for healthcare providers, ensuring safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products.

Position Summary

As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with cross‑functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership. Your responsibilities include creating strategic training initiatives and maintaining a consultative relationship with KOL faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute all aspects of Professional Education programs to ensure the safe and effective use of JNJ Med Tech Neurovascular products and technology.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional business partners and key stakeholders to develop and execute impactful educational programs that support the US Business Plan, in conjunction with NPI Launch Excellence reviews.
  • Maintain oversight of the discretionary Professional Education budget with finance partners.
  • Stay current on company product instructions for use, best practices, technical troubleshooting, and relevant scientific literature.
  • Track competitive market, treatment trends, technology, competitors, guidelines and new regulations.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with KOL faculty and oversee all consulting agreements and faculty payments.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative training modalities (web‑based, AI platform, AR/VR, telementoring).
  • Maintain required training documents for FDA commitments in coordination with Regulatory and Legal teams.
  • Oversee development of the comprehensive curriculum for Fellows, Residents, and Allied Health Professionals.
  • Operate under limited supervision and within company regulatory, health, safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Align with project and management processes, instruction design standards, and corporate brand requirements.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant business experience in Education, Marketing, Sales, or Clinical.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in organizational learning or a Professional/Commercial Education environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation and written skills with solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to champion product concepts and promote change through indirect influence.
  • Independent work with limited oversight.
  • Collaborative with cross‑functional partners.
  • Problem‑solving to enhance customer experience.
  • Previous people‑leader/management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
Preferred
  • Neurovascular experience.
  • Experience launching new products.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance guidelines.
  • Remote field‑based within the continental United States with up to 50% overnight travel.
