Job DescriptionThe Advanced Practice Provider is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing client health data, identifying appropriate expected outcomes, developing and implementing a plan of care, providing comprehensive clinical coordination of care, case management, and consultation to influence the plan of care for clients. An APP exercises prescriptive authority, procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations, evaluates client progress in attaining expected outcomes, conducts nursing research, provides education to patients, families, and nursing staff, and manages high‑risk patients.
Job Requirements- 2 years of applicable experience
- Advanced Practice Provider license – Various
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Master’s Degree
