Human Resources Generalist - Talent Management

  • Compile payroll data from electronic timekeeping system and input HR/payroll data; track bi-weekly payroll and timecard cycle.
  • Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Maintain records of vacation and sick leave.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports for accounting department.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Review and update HR and employee‑related forms to ensure current compliance.
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Create employee communication materials for HR to employees.
  • Assist with updating corporate records and policies (handbook, checklists).
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefit programs.
  • Respond to HR‑related inquiries.
  • Create and initiate employee engagement plans.
  • Organize team building activities.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.
Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3‑5 years HR experience.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, multi‑task, and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to take initiative to complete projects, tasks, and assignments.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results‑driven approach.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
  • Knowledge of ADP.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification (a plus).
