Compensation RangeAnnual Salary: $70,500.00 - $ (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This JobThe main purpose of this job is to perform technical tasks required for successful implementation of Treasury Management Solutions.
Essential FunctionsWork as member of a team to implement assigned projects, with about 50% of time dedicated to development and enhancement of existing products
Utilize a variety of technologies to enhance standard functionality of solutions such as end-user interface, reports, and workflow to meet customer business requirements
Work closely with customers to understand requirements, test the application, and train end users
Lead internal and external customer facing demonstration of solution and any custom development
Create and execute test cases to validate development and product configurations
Develop or configure solutions to integrate with customer ERP systems or custom external applications
Document product configurations and custom development for customers or internal stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues that arise in the course of configuring solutions and ensure these issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the project manager
Identify improvements to solutions, processes, and supporting documentation
Conduct project documentation readiness for transition to standard support model
Perform other duties as assigned
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work closely with customers to understand technical and business requirements
Ability to work as part of a team or independently to meet project goals
Ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years solution development, or equivalent industry experience required
Accounting/Finance experience preferred
JavaScript, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, Type Script, or other relational databases preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $70,500 to $107,000 annually.
