Job Duties:

Site Support Analyst / LAN position has on-site support responsibility for all IT related functions by performing activities pertaining to information technology and business unit objectives. More specifically, this role will perform tasks requiring on-site support for basic and intermediate level requests for applications, IT devices, maintain & configure network devices and infrastructure support per the responsibilities listed. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Primary position is a network support role, responsible for adding new devices, port configuration, turning ports on and off, troubleshooting network issues, wiring issues. This contractor’s secondary role will be operations support, supporting the plan operations, different applications, desktop support, and some label work.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
