App Dev-Support Engineer

The Platform Configuration Engineer is responsible for the preparation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of the Strata Ware Bill Review application across Quality Assurance (QA) and pre-production environments. This role serves as a critical link between Development, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, and Production Operations by ensuring application environments are stable, properly configured, and ready for testing and production releases

• Skills using Blade Logic and Developer tools
• Maintaining the Strata Ware QA environment and ensuring the highest possible uptime.
• Deploying regular Strata Ware updates in accordance with the schedule determined by the Manager, to ensure all clients receive the most up-to-date version of Strata Ware as possible.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
• Periodic weekend work required when asked for release windows
• Prefer a minimum of three years deploying code in a production environment
• Achieving customer satisfaction by providing timely and knowledgeable response to clients’ highly complex technical product problems and concerns.
