Daily Scope Only Property Field Adjuster — Independent Contractor

• Provide excellent scope-only handling services for daily claim work within your area, which can include multiple perils.
• Complete contractor agreements and receive pay details as an independent contractor with Alacrity Solutions.
• Travel to assigned locations as required and conduct on-site inspections, primarily for roofing-related claims.

• Must live within 50-100 miles of the posted location and be willing to travel to the location.
• Experience as a roofing contractor, installer, or background in construction or building inspections is highly recommended.
• Well-versed in roofing material options, construction standards, and recurring structural issues.
• Knowledge of common signs of wear and damage and potential issues from home inspections.
• Reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, ladder, and other equipment necessary to perform adjuster responsibilities.
• Willing and able to climb roofs.
• Computer and phone requirements: smartphone with internet access and a working laptop with reliable high-speed internet; digital camera and other devices as needed.

• 100% travel within the designated working territory based on assignment locations.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for up to 8 hours daily, perform physical inspections, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• May be required to work irregular hours and participate in catastrophic loss events.

• A contract will be issued within 24 hours of accepting your first claim assignment with Alacrity. The IA contract will include pay details and other pertinent information; a completed contract is required to issue pay.
