Acrisure is building out Placement Specialists and Sr. Placement Specialists across the Midwest. As a Carrier Placement Specialist, you will strategize placement approaches for complex accounts, evaluate large deductible programs, captives, and layered insurance towers to deliver optimal risk transfer solutions. The role requires independent decision-making, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and close collaboration with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners.

• Strategize placement approaches for complex accounts, including large deductible programs, captives, and layered insurance towers.

• Evaluate risk transfer solutions and deliver optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners to achieve business goals.

• Excellent phone etiquette and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and accept directions on assignments.
• Proficient with MS Office products, high knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems required;
  Applied Epic preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy.
• Team player with strong customer service skills.

• 2+ years of relevant insurance experience required.
• Mid-to-large commercial account placements preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty license in the state where you reside.
• Pursuit of a professional designation – CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU – preferred.
• Experience marketing accounts to carriers; excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills.

Base range $45,000 – $128,000. Placement within the range based on skills, experience, location, and equity.
