Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is looking for an exceptional attorney to join our legal team located in Madison, WI. This role requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

As a senior lawyer, you will support our growth as we expand across new global markets. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on potential risk areas including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will help handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent Epic in high‑stakes proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
