Are you a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people and driving results? As an Operations Manager, you'll lead our crews to ensure every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer care. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing, growth-minded team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges, we want to hear from you.

• Lead and manage each of our 3-person crews, providing coaching and support.
• Conduct quality assurance checks in the field to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to maintain alignment between proposals and installations.
• Resolve escalations quickly and professionally, serving as a field-level problem solver.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience, ideally in construction or field operations.
• Passion for people development and hands‑on coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively, while responding quickly to operational challenges.
