URBN Warehouse Clerk

Location: 11681 State Ave, Kansas City, Kansas, 66111, United States

Schedule: KC1 D410A (Sunday - Wednesday 7:00am - 5:30pm)

As a Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day‑to‑day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.

You will perform department‑specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.

• Assist Leadership Team with day‑to‑day functions in assigned department
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes
• Be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities
• Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met
• Maintain proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
• Perform department‑specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
• Work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED required
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Problem‑solving and reporting skills
• Strong computer skills;
  Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain acceptable attendance and be able to work overtime as required
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
