Client & Service Expert- Achieves individual sales goals.
- Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.

- Builds a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills.

- Possesses extensive product knowledge.
- Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
- Initiates business‑driving events in store.
- Understands and communicates the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy and lifestyle.
- Builds strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager for service and sales improvement.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
- Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing the facility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury goods or comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Safe lifting of boxes up to 50 pounds.
