As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing either makeup application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations), you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

• Provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair and fragrance consultations to customers.
• Create engaging in‑store events and collaborate with team members.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.

• Retail experience preferred; applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable.
• Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; applicants looking to develop skills in these areas are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited to interview.
