Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Sales Development RepresentativeWe're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our vibrant team and embark on an exciting journey with us.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for expanding and supporting our customer base through the following activities: sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, further developing existing clientele business, CRM database management, and outbound cold calls and emails.
The position will primarily work during normal business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, but may require occasional off‑hours and weekend work, and travel.
The goal of the Sales Development Representative is to understand customer needs and requirements and to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Regional Sales Managers for further development and closure.
Responsibilities- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly goals
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand our database of prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients for Regional Sales Managers
- Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on experience/growth
- Previous experience in sales preferred
- Experience in an ISO and/or FDA regulated industry preferred
- Understanding of sales performance metrics preferred
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing and CRM applications
- Salesforce experience preferred
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- Hands‑on experience with Ellab equipment and software is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
