• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (10 am‑6 pm, Wednesday–Sunday).

• Physical requirements:
  
  stand or walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours per day), work outdoors in varying weather, stand, stoop, bend, or reach during promotions.
