Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager

We have an opportunity for an Aftermarket Regional Sales Managerto join our Kansas City, KS team. You will cover our Pentair Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC, and Commercial Fire Suppression pump product lines with brands including Fairbanks-Nijhuis, Aurora, Myers & Hydromatic. You will own your territory and promote our pump aftermarket parts and service solutions through our channel partners and directly to end user customers to drive new business growth.

Candidates can be located anywhere in or near their respective regions, which includes the following states:
Western - AK, AZ, CA, HI, , MN, MT, NV, ND, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, and WY and Eastern – AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, and WV. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

Actual compensation may be otherwise adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location(s).You will:

Directly identify, qualify, manage, and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.

Manage aftermarket parts and service sales development process in coordination with sales channel and internal teams. Capture market share by developing business partnership plans with our channel partners and directly with end users.

Influence life cycle cost decisions by conducting technical Lunch & Learns with engineers, maintenance teams & facility operators. Manage and promote preventive and predictive capabilities targeted to extend equipment life and solve pumping problems.

Increase sales opportunity funnel and track win-rate by actively utilizing a customer relationship management tool (CRM), such as Salesforce.

Manage authorized service center program and coordination of end user pumping solutions.

Up to 75% to distributors, customers, events, trade shows, and other business-related meetings.

Key

Qualifications:

Have earned a Bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Have 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years parts and service experience with commercial and infrastructure pumping equipment or equivalent.

A proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.

Excellent technical and business presentation skills, including experience presenting to engineers & facility operators and maintenance teams.
· Ability to utilize relevant software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and equipment selection software (e.g., Encompass).Proven ability to build relationships with distributors, engineers, owners, and/or contractors.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $137300 - $254900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
