As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports.
• Provide training to level I technicians, prioritize work, perform basic maintenance on structures, and handle other duties.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1+ years of general repair and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership, peer‑to‑peer tech support, effective communication, stretch assignment handling, facility location ownership, time management.
