• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean‑up
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report check
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Ability to be on‑call 24 hours a day
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

Previous experience and IIRC certifications are a plus but not required. We will help you obtain the training and development you need.

The work environment is typically quiet with occasional noise levels. Employees may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, sit, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, and hear regularly. The job involves moving and walking around the office and on site.

Occasional travel (less than 25% of the time) may be required for training or meetings, including out‑of‑area and overnight trips.
