We’re hiring a full-time Appliance Repair Technician who wants stability, fair pay, real training, and a clear path to higher earnings—not chaos, micromanagement, or corporate pressure.

• Training pay: $800 per week (before taxes)
• Average $1,200–$1,400 per week after training (before taxes)
• No weekends—ever

• Training typically takes 7–8 weeks
• Experienced technicians may begin running service calls sooner

• Until you are considered a Senior Technician, you will use your personal vehicle
• Weekly vehicle stipend is provided
• Gas is covered for work-related use

• Dedicated take-home company van

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances in customers’ homes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Take pride in accurate diagnostics and clean work

• Mechanical aptitude
• Electrical experience
• HVAC, maintenance, or automotive repair background

No appliance repair experience required. We pay for training and school.

• Valid driver’s license with a relatively clean record
