World Fuel is a global leader in energy solutions, and as a Dispatcher, you'll be at the center of our 24/7/365 fuel delivery operation. You'll coordinate drivers, manage schedules, and ensure customers receive exceptional service. • Plan & Dispatch Deliveries: Create and manage daily fuel delivery schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers to confirm load requirements and ensure timely deliveries.
• Optimize Supply: Work with our Supply team to select the best lift points and suppliers to maximize revenue.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming calls professionally, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Incident Reporting: Document accidents or spills promptly in compliance with regulations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and assist with document preparation for internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: Make fast, informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Additional Support: Take on ad hoc tasks as needed to support operational goals.

Essential:

• Strong time management skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and adjust priorities.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with a "do what it takes" mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation.
• Familiarity with fuel or energy industry operations.
