Warehouse Associate - 3PL at Keystone Automotive Operations

Location: Kansas City, KS

Compensation: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am until tasks are complete

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth.

• Up to $18.50/hour starting pay
• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus just for joining the team!
• $500 paid after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment
• Employee of the Month awards based on performance

• Product Handling:
  Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing:
  Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading:
  Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation:
  Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

• Clean & Safe Workplace:
  Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility:
  Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Age 18 or older
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders all day
• Can work at heights up to 30 feet
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
• Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic
• Acceptable to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Forklift operator experience preferred but not required
