Senior Staff Accountant – Manufacturing (Relocation to Saint Paul, MN Supported)

This position is ideal for an experienced Staff Accountant with 4+ years in accounting, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or private equity-backed companies. What You’ll Do

• Manage journal entries and month-end close activities
• Process and reconcile commissions and recurring entries
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports
• Support audit preparation and collaborate with teams across multiple sites
• Identify process improvements and help strengthen internal controls

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of general accounting experience; manufacturing or PE-backed experience preferred
• Strong Excel and ERP skills (Epicor or similar systems preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate and work full-time onsite in Saint Paul, MN

Compensation And Benefits

• $95K–$105K base salary, no bonus
