- Miscellaneous filing and scanning

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum of 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Commercial real estate accounting is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of Yardi software is also a plus
