Job Summary: Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Receivables Clerk to support our centralized Accounting Department. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments and internal billing. If you’re organized, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Post daily cash receipts and customer payments accurately into the accounting system
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and research discrepancies
• Communicate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
• Prepare and send invoices to vendors or internal teams as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized receivables records
• Assist with month‑end closing processes and reporting

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Strong communication skills for internal and external follow-up
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
