** ricerca per ampliamento dell’organico un/a
** STAGE - Back Office New Business Support**.La risorsa, collaborando a stretto contatto il manager dovrà occuparsi alla documentazione amministrativa dei clienti attivi e di New Business del gruppo Havas.

Nello specifico si
** occuperà
** di:
* Supportare il team nelle diverse fasi di partecipazione a gare pubbliche e private, con particolare attenzione agli aspetti amministrativi richiesti;
* Coordinandosi con gli altri Team di agenzia fino alla stesura finale/offerta di gara;
* Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione contratti, gare e materiali correlati;
* Curare l’aggiornamento e la gestione dei portali dedicati ai clienti attivi e alle attività di New Business del gruppo Havas.
** Requisiti:
*** Diploma di ragioneria o titolo di studio equivalente;
* Esperienze precedenti in ambito amministrativo;
* Familiarità con la gestione documentale;
* Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e dei portali digitali.
** Completano il profilo:
*** Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
* Attitudine al lavoro in team;
* Empatia, flessibilità e precisione;
* Orientamento al rispetto delle scadenze.
** Sede di lavoro**:
Milano + Smart working (2 gg a settimana)

** Full-time

Si offre inserimento in stage 6 con possibilità di proroga per ulteriori 6 mesi.

Previsti rimborso spese + buoni pasto.
