• Coordinate all administrative operations to support the ICU department.
• Handle requests from staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Maintain spreadsheets and tracking logs to monitor departmental metrics.
• Create and present reports that convert data into actionable insights.
• Provide administrative support to the Department Director and Clinical Team Manager.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience as a unit clerk or in a medical support role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or coursework related to healthcare.

Salary: $42,000.00 – $47,000.00 per annum (Kansas City, MO)
