As the heartbeat of our department’s admin operations, you’ll be the master of coordination—handling requests, assisting staff, patients, and visitors, and keeping everything running like a well‑oiled machine. 📊 You’ll also dive into data like a detective—maintaining spreadsheets, tracking logs, and crafting reports that turn numbers into actionable insights. And as the trusted right‑hand to our Department Director and Clinical Team Manager, you’ll help keep our team on the path to success.
- Coordinate all administrative operations to support the ICU department.
- Handle requests from staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Maintain spreadsheets and tracking logs to monitor departmental metrics.
- Create and present reports that convert data into actionable insights.
- Provide administrative support to the Department Director and Clinical Team Manager.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience as a unit clerk or in a medical support role.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or coursework related to healthcare.
Salary: $42,000.00 – $47,000.00 per annum (Kansas City, MO)
