Description
The Office Services Supervisor oversees daily office services operations and leads a team responsible for maintaining a functional, organized, and welcoming workplace. This role is responsible for conference room setups, cooler builds, and general office support tasks. The Office Services Supervisor ensures service requests are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard while providing hands‑on leadership and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support an office services team responsible for conference room setups, cooler builds, and general office support tasks.
- Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and priorities to meet business needs.
- Ensure conference rooms are properly set up, reset, and maintained for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Oversee the setup, stocking, and maintenance of coolers.
- Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely, high-quality completion.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials; submit replenishment requests as needed.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members, promoting accountability, safety, and customer service.
- Enforce safety standards and proper handling of tools and materials.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, and internal teams to support office operations and events.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
- Responsible for the recruitment, development, training, and retention of staff.
- Responsible for conducting performance evaluations for department staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the department.
- Responsible for interpreting the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to staff.
- Responsible for overall QA/QC process adherence.
- Enforce compliance with company and site safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience required, or
- Associate's degree and 6 years relevant experience required, or
- High School Diploma/GED and 8 years relevant experience required.
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for work orders, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Occasional after‑hours or weekend work may be required to support meetings or events.
This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
