• Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality — making Elysian feel like a place people actually want to be
• Answer and manage a busy phone line with professionalism and a friendly, upbeat tone
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with precision and care
• Process patient referrals, including coordinating with other providers and tracking required documentation
• Keep the front desk running smoothly — organized, on time, and detail-perfect
• Anticipate patient needs and handle questions or concerns with grace
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive front-office environment
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to keep the day flowing seamlessly

• An energetic, people-first personality — someone who naturally makes others feel comfortable and cared for
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
• A genuine desire to serve others and be part of a patient’s positive experience
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Prior front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred, but a great attitude matters most
• Experience with referral coordination or insurance processes is a plus
• Comfort with scheduling software and basic office technology
