• Master‑level skills in diagnostics, electrical systems, and repairs
• At least 5 years of experience with automotive electrical systems and diagnostics
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, clean work ethic
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Willingness to relocate before starting

• Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with accuracy and confidence
• Support and train less experienced techs
• Perform maintenance and high‑level repairs on powertrains, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems
• Ensure top‑tier workmanship, safety, and compliance
• Contribute to a positive shop culture focused on continuous improvement
