Lot Attendant​/Porter

Description of the role:

A Lot Attendant at Van Chevrolet Cadillac Subaru in Kansas City, Missouri is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization and movement of vehicles on the dealership lot. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas and properly organized
• Perform vehicle inspections to check for any damages or issues
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles to and from the service department
• Keep track of vehicle inventory and ensure proper documentation is maintained
• Assist customers with locating and retrieving vehicles
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership lot

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot damages or issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
