- Develop and administer salary administration & variable pay programs, including budgets, allocations, guidelines; consult with business line leadership on rewards and recognition strategies; review transactions for alignment with policy and strategy.
- Maintain the Bank’s job evaluation program, reviewing job documentation, analyzing market data, and determining FLSA classification.
- Run educational campaigns, events, and programs across the spectrum of Total Rewards.
- Conduct and/or participate in compensation surveys.
- Compile and analyze data to recommend adjustments to the Bank’s salary structure.
- Monitor total rewards trends and business issues to ensure competitiveness of the Bank’s compensation philosophy and programs.
- Advise and consult with colleagues across the department, Bank management, and System contacts on Total Rewards topics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Typically requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
- Certified Compensation Professional Certification or equivalent required.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau preferred.
- Familiarity with the Human Capital Management programs preferred.
The starting pay range for this position is $92,700 to $143,000 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
