Supply Chain Project Manager

By working across different domains, this role will be uniquely positioned to uncover inefficiencies, bridge operational silos, and drive impactful improvements. This role involves active participation in both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, leveraging strong problem‑solving skills to foster continuous improvement. Rotational assignments may include areas such as demand planning, sourcing, and purchasing within the supply chain, as well as client device logistics, testing, repair, and imaging within device support services.

• Participate in rotations across various supply chain functions and device support services.
• Support the coordination of hardware shipments, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
• Perform hands‑on device operations, including imaging, basic hardware testing, packaging, and managing returns.
• Assist with inventory tracking, analysis, and optimization.
• Support demand planning by analyzing historical data, forecasts, and trends.
• Analyze supply chain data and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Finance, and IT to ensure supply chain objectives are met.
• Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and key project updates to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work, internship, or co‑op experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency with Excel or other data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

US:
Hiring range in USD from $27.07 – $54.13 per hour; $56,300 – $112,600 per year. May be eligible for equity.
