Rotational assignments may include areas such as demand planning, sourcing, and purchasing within the supply chain, as well as client device logistics, testing, repair, and imaging within device support services.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

  • Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotations across various supply chain functions and device support services.
  • Support the coordination of hardware shipments, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues.
  • Perform hands-on device operations, including imaging, basic hardware testing, packaging, and managing returns.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, analysis, and optimization.
  • Support demand planning by analyzing historical data, forecasts, and trends.
  • Analyze supply chain data and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Finance, and IT to ensure supply chain objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and key project updates to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work, internship, or co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or business operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency with Excel or other data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
