Job Summary
  • This position is full-time on site clerical/administrative support of project management and field teams.
  • Must be available to routinely work overtime. Must have scheduling flexibility. Must be available to start work at 7:00 am Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Administration and information management.
  • New hire processing.
  • Assists project managers and field leadership with P1 processes and procedures.
  • Onsite planning and coordination.
  • Other administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED equivalent required. An Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience:

    At least 3 years of full-time administrative assistant related work experience is required.
  • Previous construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be available to routinely work overtime. Must have scheduling flexibility. Must be available to start work at 7:00 am Monday - Friday.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Accurate typing skills and proficient in using database, email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows); willing to learn new software applications.
  • Customer Service: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
  • Communication: good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills - very important.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Good reasoning ability and be able to quickly problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have access to drive a well maintained vehicle. Must have up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles.

    Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy.
