Junior Account Representative

• Assist in managing and developing client accounts
• Prepare proposals and assist in contract negotiations
• Support the onboarding and coordination of placed candidates
• Conduct research to identify new client leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients
• Help resolve any client-related concerns in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus
