Direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of construction workers on a $20-50+ million construction site. Collaborate with others to define construction requirements, develop project schedules, and conduct safety and quality control inspections. Anticipate and identify project issues and risks proactively, communicate identified issues and risks, present solutions, and collaborate with the project team to resolve problems.

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of lead Superintendent experience supervising commercial construction
• Relevant experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects of $20-50+ million in diverse commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily/Student Housing, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, and Hospitality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position currently or in the future
