MEP Senior Superintendent-Mission Critical

Job Description

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost‑effective field coordination, quality control, and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.

• Prepare the project schedule and maintain accurate status reports.
• Coordinate field activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to schedules.
• Review project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis.
• Ensure safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by all crew members.
• Direct subcontractor activities within pharmaceutical projects.
• Analyze manpower, material, and equipment requirements, and interface these needs with the supervising superintendent.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and related work rules as established by field construction management.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required, keeping supervisors informed on progress of assigned activities.

• 10+ years of field experience in commercial projects.
• Commercial and Life Science construction experience preferred.
• Experience must include supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
