Senior Construction Project Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex commercial projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You’ll be a primary contact for clients and design teams, lead internal and field teams, and be accountable for project budgets, schedules, quality, and communication.

We’re looking for someone who can see the whole project, anticipate issues, make sound decisions, and bring practical solutions to the table. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to help shape how Wolf
21 delivers projects as we grow.

• Lead assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through construction and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement, buyout, change orders, billings, and closeout.
• Partner with superintendents to keep field execution aligned with project goals.
• Lead project meetings and communicate clearly about scope, cost, schedule, and decisions.
• Identify risks early, evaluate options, and recommend solutions that serve the client and protect the project.
• Work with our preconstruction team on constructability, budgeting, value engineering, and project planning.
• Mentor project team members and help strengthen Wolf
  21’s project management practices.

• Significant experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably including tenant improvements, hospitality, renovations, or other complex interior projects.
• A proven ability to independently lead projects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of construction budgets, schedules, contracts, buyout, cost forecasting, and change management.
• The judgment to balance client goals, field realities, project risk, and financial performance.
• Clear, direct communication and the ability to earn the trust of owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership when challenges arise.
